Are the paintings originals?

Yes. Each canvas is a unique piece painted by hand by Charles Drapeau, signed and dated on the back, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

How much do the paintings cost?

Prices are shown on each artwork page: $400 CAD for a 12 × 16″, $610 for a 16 × 20″, $810 for a 15 × 30″, $1,070 for an 18 × 36″ and $1,350 for a 24 × 36″. The large 36 × 48″ formats are $2,200 CAD, on request. Shipping is added at checkout.

Does the canvas need a frame?

No. The canvases are mounted on 1½″ gallery-depth stretchers with painted edges. They hang as they are, without a frame.

How does shipping work?

Works ship insured and tracked to Canada, the United States and most of Europe. The cost is calculated from your address at checkout. For the large 36 × 48″ formats, shipping is quoted separately. For any other country, write to the studio.

Can I pick up the work at the studio?

Yes. You can pick up your work for free at the studio, in the Montréal area, by appointment. Choose “Studio pickup” at checkout, and we will arrange a time together.

Can I see a work in person?

Write to the studio in Montréal to arrange a visit.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes. Write to atelier@drapeau.art with the size, the colours you have in mind and the room where the work will hang.

How do I pay?

Available works can be bought directly on the site, with secure payment by Stripe. For any question before buying, write to the studio.
